This system not only eliminates the environmental pollution caused by flour spillage during distribution, but also

prevents foreign objects from falling into the flour during exposed packaging bags, stacking, transportation, 

unpacking, and emptying, thus ensuring flour safety and hygiene. Furthermore, it saves on packaging bags, 

labor costs for "packing-stacking-handling-unpacking-emptying," reduces flour spillage losses, and lowers 

flour processing costs.

This system is applied in the field of bulk powder dispensing in grain, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

It can pack and load powders such as flour, starch, and corn flour into powder tank trucks, or pack and load raw grains such as wheat, corn, and rice, as well as impurities, bran, and other semi-finished granular materials outdoors.

It can automatically extend and retract according to the unloading situation, solving the problem of dust overflow and flying in the workplace.

Milling/rice processing of miscellaneous grains (barley, oats, buckwheat)

The new processing technology for milling/rice processing of miscellaneous grains can remove most of the microorganisms, pesticide residues, dust particles, heavy metals, etc. from the surface of miscellaneous grains, reducing the content of harmful components such as microorganisms, heavy metals, and ash in miscellaneous grain flour products, ensuring food safety, while also improving the retention of the original nutritional components of miscellaneous grains, which is conducive to realizing the refined, large-scale, and automated production of miscellaneous grains.
