Customer cases record the projects we have supplied: wheat flour lines, maize milling plants, feed and flaking sections, and the upgrades that keep an existing mill competitive. Each entry describes the duty and the equipment group, so that a buyer planning something similar can see what the job actually involved.

WUXI HASEN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD is a China-based supplier and export partner for grain processing machinery, spare parts and food-grade materials. We are not a machine tool builder. Our part of a project is specification, sourcing, pre-shipment inspection, documentation and shipping, which is why the case records here focus on those stages alongside the equipment list.

What a case record contains

• The duty - what the plant had to produce, from which raw material, and at what capacity.
• The equipment group - the machines and conveying that made up the scope.
• The constraint - the building, the existing line or the commissioning window that shaped the solution.
• The outcome as measured by the customer - usually output, extraction or product consistency, in the terms the customer uses.

Types of project we record

Most work falls into a handful of patterns, and recognising which one you are in shortens the specification stage considerably.

• Complete flour milling lines - wheat or maize, from intake and cleaning through milling, sifting and packing.
• Maize milling plants - degermination and peeling ahead of milling, sized for flour, grits or a brewing fraction.
• Feed and flaking sections - pelleting, extrusion, crumbling, drying and cooling, or cereal and oilseed flaking with conditioning.
• Capacity upgrades - adding a grinding path, a second sifter, a bulk handling and dosing area, or a packing station to a mill that is already running.
• Spare parts programmes - consolidating wear parts for machines from several original suppliers into a single, repeatable order.

How to read a capacity figure

Tonnage per day is the number everyone quotes and the one that is easiest to misread. The same figure means different equipment depending on the working hours behind it: a plant running continuously and a plant running two shifts are not the same machine list even when the daily total matches.

Extraction rate, product mix and raw material quality change the answer too. A line specified for one flour grade will not necessarily deliver a different one at the same tonnage, and a maize plant sized for a soft grain behaves differently on a hard, dry one. When you compare your project against a case record here, compare the duty rather than the headline number.

What we do not publish

We do not publish a customer's name, commercial terms, project value or site address without their written agreement, and most customers prefer their projects to stay private. Where a case is described here it is written so that the technical content is useful without identifying anyone.

That means the absence of a project from this page says nothing about whether we can handle it. If you want to know whether we have supplied something comparable to your requirement, ask us directly and we will tell you what we can share.

• Documentation - packing lists, invoices and shipping papers prepared to match the consignment.
• Consolidated shipping - machines, spares and accessories combined into one shipment where the plan allows.
• After-sales support - installation guidance, commissioning support and a route to reorder the same wearing parts.

Frequently asked questions

Can you put me in contact with a customer who bought the same line?
Only with that customer's agreement, and many prefer not to be contacted. We will always ask rather than assume, and we will say plainly when a reference is not available.

Can you supply the same equipment as an existing project?
Often yes, but the machine list is re-checked against your duty rather than copied. Capacities that look identical on paper frequently need different equipment once the raw material and working hours are known.

Do you handle installation?
We supply installation guidance and commissioning support, and we can arrange supervision through our production partners. The scope is agreed before the order, because it changes both the equipment preparation and the shipping plan.

What happens if a case record describes a duty like mine but a different capacity?
Tell us both, and we will work from your numbers. The case record is useful for the shape of the solution, not for the sizing.
