This gallery shows where the equipment we supply is used: flour mill lines, maize milling plants, animal feed lines, paddy to rice plants, flaking sections and bulk handling installations. The photographs are the record of what was actually built and shipped, not a rendering of a standard design.

WUXI HASEN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD is a China-based supplier and export partner for grain processing machinery, spare parts and food-grade materials. We do not manufacture the machines; we specify, source, inspect and ship them. The application photographs here come from that work, and each one represents a specific duty rather than a catalogue pose.

Application areas

Grain processing is a small number of duties repeated at different scales, so most projects fall into one of the following areas.

  • Wheat and durum flour milling - cleaning, conditioning, break and reduction, sifting and purification, through to bulk or bagged flour.
  • Maize milling - degermination, peeling, milling and grading, whether the target is flour, grits or a brewing fraction.
  • Paddy to rice - cleaning, dehusking, paddy separation, multi-stage whitening, polishing and grading.
  • Animal feed - grinding, batching and mixing, conditioning, pelleting or extrusion, crumbling, drying and cooling.
  • Flaking and cracking - cereal flakes, oilseed flaking and pre-cooked flake lines with their conditioning and cooling stages.
  • Bulk handling and packing - pneumatic and screw conveying, dosing, silos, flow balancing and bagging stations.

What a project photograph actually shows

An installation photograph is useful to a buyer because it shows detail that a specification sheet hides: how much floor space the machine group really needs, how the spouting runs, where the maintenance access sits, and how densely the equipment is packed in a real building. Those are usually the details that cause problems on site, and they are the ones a catalogue drawing leaves out.

Where a photograph shows a machine in place, it is showing a machine that was matched to that duty. It is not a claim that the same machine suits your line. Capacity, the grain being handled and the building's constraints all change the answer, and copying a layout without re-checking those three things is a common and expensive mistake.

Turnkey and section projects

Projects reach us in two shapes. Turnkey work covers a whole line from intake to packing, with the equipment group, conveying, controls and commissioning support planned together. Section work is the more common case for existing plants: replacing a milling section, adding a second grinding path, upgrading a drying and cooling stage, or fitting a bulk handling and dosing area into a working mill without stopping production longer than necessary.

Section work usually delivers the quickest return, because it targets the part of the plant that is actually limiting output. For an existing mill we look at where the bottleneck sits before proposing equipment, since capacity added behind a bottleneck rarely shows up in the tonnage.

Photographic documentation as part of the order

We photograph equipment before shipment as a matter of course: the assembled machine, the nameplate and the key dimensions, with a tape measure visible where a dimension matters. This is part of the inspection record rather than marketing, and it gives you something to check your own drawings against before the shipment sails. If you need a specific angle or measurement photographed before dispatch, say so when the order is placed and it will be included.

How we work with you as a supplier

  • Requirement definition - we start from your duty, capacity and existing layout, not from a fixed catalogue.
  • Machine and part matching - for replacements we work from dimensions, photographs and part numbers.
  • Inspection before shipment - dimensional checks, function tests and photographic records of the actual unit.
  • Documentation - packing lists, invoices and shipping papers prepared to match the consignment.
  • Consolidated shipping - machines, spares and accessories combined into one shipment where the plan allows.
  • After-sales support - installation guidance, commissioning support and a route to reorder the same wearing parts.

Frequently asked questions

Can you send photographs of a machine before I order?
Yes, for equipment that exists as a stock or production item, and we will be clear when a photograph is of a similar unit rather than the exact one.

Can I see a plant running the same process as mine?
Sometimes, and it depends on the customer's agreement. Tell us your process and we will say honestly what we can arrange.

Do the photographs show the machine as delivered?
Equipment is normally shipped partly dismantled to fit the container. The site photographs show installed machines, and the pre-shipment photographs show how the unit was prepared for transport.

Can you design a layout for my building?
We can work from your building drawing and equipment list, and we will tell you which parts need a local engineering check before the design is fixed.

Talk to us about your application

Send us the product you are processing, the capacity you are targeting and a drawing or photograph of the building and existing line. We will come back with the equipment list, the layout considerations that matter and the questions that still need answers.
