Exhibition Center

Trade exhibitions are where grain processing equipment is still largely bought and sold, and this section records the shows we attend. Meeting a supplier in person, next to the machines and alongside other buyers, is a faster way to judge whether they know the process than any amount of correspondence.

WUXI HASEN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD is based in Wuxi, Jiangsu, and supplies flour mill machinery, rice mill lines, feed and flaking equipment, spare parts and food-grade materials to customers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. We exhibit at grain and oil processing shows in China and travel to meet customers where a project justifies it.

What the exhibition record shows

  • Which shows we attend - the grain, oil and food processing exhibitions where our team is present.
  • What we bring - the equipment and materials we display, which reflects what the market is asking about that year.
  • Who you will meet - the sales and technical contacts who handle enquiries from that region.

Why meeting in person still matters

Equipment for a grain plant is specified across dozens of small decisions, and most of them are easier to settle in a ten minute conversation in front of a machine than in a week of email. A show gives you the chance to check three things that correspondence tends to hide: whether the supplier understands your process, whether they are straight about what they cannot do, and whether the people answering your emails are the people who actually know the equipment.

It also lets you compare suppliers on the same day, on the same aisle, looking at comparable machines. That is worth more than any comparison table assembled from separate visits.

What to bring to a meeting

If you are planning to discuss a project at a show, the conversation is much more productive if you bring the basics:

  • Capacity - the tonnes per day or per hour you are targeting, and the working hours behind that figure.
  • Raw material - wheat, durum, maize, paddy, oats, oilseed or other, and anything unusual about its quality or source.
  • Product - the flour grade, rice grade, feed class or flake specification you intend to sell.
  • Site constraints - building dimensions, available power, and whether this is a new plant or an upgrade.

Photographs of the existing line, and a drawing of the building if you have one, replace a lot of questions. Even a phone photo with a tape measure visible tells us more than a written description of a machine.

Shows and the equipment we display

What we bring to a show follows the enquiries we are receiving. Recent interest has centred on a few areas, and the corresponding equipment sections carry the technical detail:

If you cannot attend

Most of our business is done without anyone meeting in person first, and that is fine. Send us the capacity, raw material and product you are working with, and the conversation starts at the same place it would at a show. We will also tell you when we will next be travelling to your region, in case a meeting is easier to arrange there than on an exhibition stand.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find out which shows you will attend?
Ask us. Show plans are confirmed a few months ahead, and we will tell you which ones we have booked and who will be there.

Can you arrange a factory visit instead?
We can arrange a visit to a producing plant with advance notice, subject to the plant's agreement. Visit requests are easier to arrange alongside a defined project than as a general tour.

Do you exhibit outside China?
We travel to meet customers where a project justifies it, and we attend regional shows when the market supports it. Tell us where you are and we will say honestly whether we will be nearby.

Should I wait for a show before starting an enquiry?
No. Starting the specification work early means that when you do meet, the discussion is about the detail rather than the basics.

Talk to us

Whether or not a show is coming up, send us the capacity you are targeting, the raw material and product involved, and photographs or drawings of the site if you have them. We will come back with the equipment list and the questions that still need answers before a quotation is meaningful.
