This section covers the documents that travel with a shipment: the commercial and export paperwork, the technical documentation for the equipment, and the batch records for food-grade materials. For an importer, this paperwork matters as much as the goods, because it is what clears the consignment and what supports a claim later if something is wrong.
WUXI HASEN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD is a China-based supplier and export partner for grain processing machinery, spare parts and food-grade materials. We are not the manufacturer of the equipment or the polymer, so our position on certification is a specific one: we can supply the documents the producing plant issues for the goods we ship, and we will not issue a declaration we cannot support from that documentation.
Certificates sit with the producer, not with the trader, so the honest sequence is this: tell us which declaration your market or your customer requires, and we will confirm whether the producing plant can issue it for the specific goods in the order. If it can, it is arranged before dispatch. If it cannot, we say so, and we do not substitute a similar-sounding document.
Timing matters here more than most buyers expect. Some declarations can only be issued against a production batch before it leaves the plant, and no amount of follow-up after the container has sailed will produce them. Raising the requirement at the enquiry stage costs nothing; raising it after dispatch can cost the shipment.
For food-grade SBR and gum base, documentation is part of the product rather than an accessory to it. Buyers in this category normally expect the technical data sheet and a certificate of analysis that corresponds to the batch actually supplied, so the material in the container can be traced back to a production record.
We supply those documents with the shipment and keep the batch reference, so a question raised months later can be answered against the same record rather than reconstructed from memory. More detail on how these materials are specified is in the food chemicals section.
For machinery the equivalent of a certificate is the inspection record. Our pre-shipment check covers dimensions against the agreed specification, a function test where the machine can be run, and photographs of the unit as prepared for transport, including the nameplate and any dimension you have asked us to verify.
This is deliberately unglamorous. It exists so that a dispute about what was ordered and what was shipped can be settled from records rather than from recollection, and so that you have something to check against your own drawings before the shipment leaves.
We do not display certificates we cannot tie to a specific shipment, we do not describe a product as approved in a market we have not verified, and we do not treat a general specification sheet as evidence about a particular batch. Where this page lists a document category rather than a certificate, that is deliberate and reflects how the supply chain actually works.
Can you send certificates before I place an order?
We can send the document types the producing plant issues for the goods concerned, and we will be explicit about which of them are batch-specific and therefore only available against a real order.
Do you issue certificates in your own name?
Certification is issued by the producer. What we provide is the producer's documentation for the goods we supply, together with our own inspection and shipping records.
What if my market requires a declaration the plant cannot issue?
We will tell you before you commit, and we will not let you discover it at the border. That sometimes means the order does not proceed, which is better for both sides than a shipment held in customs.
Do you provide documentation for spare parts as well as machines?
Yes, at the level that is meaningful. Parts are documented by part reference, dimensions and material, which is what matters for a replacement that has to fit.
Tell us your destination market, the goods involved and the declarations your customs broker or customer requires. We will come back with what can be provided, what is batch-specific, and what needs to be raised before the order is placed.
