Our Service

Our service covers everything between your requirement and a machine that runs in your plant: defining the duty, matching the equipment, inspecting it before it ships, preparing the documentation, arranging the shipping and staying reachable after start-up. WUXI HASEN IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD is a supplier and export partner based in Wuxi, China, working with production plants and shipping to flour mills, rice mills, feed plants, flaking lines and food-ingredient producers.

We are not a machine tool builder, and we think it is worth saying what that means in practice. It means we do not sell from a factory catalogue. It means the specification work, the inspection and the logistics are the service, and a supplier who cannot do those well is not adding anything to the equipment itself.

What our service covers

  • Requirement definition - working from your duty, capacity, raw material and existing layout rather than a fixed catalogue.
  • Sourcing and matching - finding the machine or part that fits, including replacements for equipment originally supplied by someone else.
  • Inspection before shipment - dimensional checks, function tests and photographic records of the actual unit being shipped.
  • Documentation - packing lists, invoices and the shipping papers your customs broker asks for, prepared to match the consignment.
  • Consolidated shipping - machines, spares and accessories from different production points combined into one shipment where the plan allows.
  • Commissioning support - installation guidance, start-up support and operator advice.
  • Spare parts continuity - a route back to the same wearing parts, so the first reorder is not a discovery exercise.

From enquiry to shipment

A normal project moves through the same stages, and each one exists to remove a specific risk.

  • Requirement - you describe the product, the target capacity and the constraints. We ask the questions that decide the design.
  • Proposal - an equipment list with the options that matter explained, so you can see what changes the result and what is merely a preference.
  • Confirmation - the agreed scope is fixed in writing, including which items are supplied by us and which are supplied locally.
  • Production and inspection - the equipment is built by the producing plant and inspected against the agreed specification before packing.
  • Shipment - packing, container loading, documentation and the shipping schedule, with the loading plan confirmed rather than assumed.

Commissioning and start-up support

Equipment that arrives and runs is not the same as a plant that produces to specification. Commissioning is where settings are established for your actual raw material, and it is the stage where mills most often discover that a change of wheat, paddy or formulation needs a different machine setting rather than a different machine.

We support that stage with installation guidance, start-up assistance and operator advice, and the scope is agreed before the order is placed because it changes both how the equipment is prepared for shipping and how the trip is planned.

Spare parts and wear continuity

Downtime costs more than parts in any working plant, and the parts that fail are predictable: roll surfaces and grooving services, screen frames and cloth, huller rollers, ring dies and rollers, crumbler rolls, flaking rolls, belts, bearings, seals and pneumatic components.

Where a plant runs machines from several original suppliers, we consolidate those items into one shipment and one document set. We keep the part references from previous orders, so a reorder can be matched to what was supplied last time rather than reconstructed from a photograph.

Documentation and export paperwork

For most buyers the paperwork is where a shipment succeeds or fails at the border, and it is not something to fix after the container has sailed. Packing lists, invoices and shipping documents are prepared to match the actual consignment, and where your market requires specific declarations we ask for the requirement before the order is placed rather than after dispatch.

What we do not do

We do not manufacture the machines, we do not publish capacity guarantees for equipment without knowing your product and duty, and we do not quote prices for a project before the specification is defined. Where a requirement sits outside what we can supply well, we say so rather than bid for it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I place a small order, or is there a minimum?
Single machines and one-off spare parts are normal business for us. Small orders ship by air or LCL, larger consignments by FCL.

Can you supply parts for a machine you did not sell?
In most cases yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Send the machine nameplate, key dimensions or a photograph with a tape measure visible, and we will confirm whether a match can be made.

Do you install the equipment?
We supply installation guidance and commissioning support, and can arrange supervision through our production partners. The exact scope is agreed before the order so there is no ambiguity on site.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Tell us the machine, the part and the symptom. Identification is usually fast; the constraint is normally production and shipping time for the part itself, and we will give you the honest schedule rather than an optimistic one.

Talk to us about what you need

Send us your target capacity, the product you are processing, and a photograph or drawing of the existing line if you have one. We will come back with the equipment list, the service scope that applies and the questions that still need answers before a quotation is meaningful.
